21bd Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 21bd website accessible at 21bd.io, including all associated pages, subdomains, services, applications, and features offered therein.
• "User" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a User to access 21bd services.
• "Services" means all betting, gaming, casino, sportsbook, promotional, and related services offered by 21bd.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any stake placed by a User on any sporting event, casino game, or other outcome offered through the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or reward offered by 21bd subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a User from their own financial resources, distinct from bonus or promotional credits.
• "Taka" / "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole currency accepted and displayed on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification procedures required by 21bd before processing certain transactions.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion features available within the User's account dashboard.

Use of the 21bd Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the period of Account use:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 21bd is strictly an adult platform. Users under the age of 21 are absolutely prohibited from registering or using any 21bd service.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by 21bd or any affiliated platform at the time of registration or continued use.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Use of the Platform by corporations, partnerships, or other legal entities as the primary account holder is not permitted.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

To access the full range of 21bd Services, you must create a registered Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• Each User is permitted to hold only one Account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. Registration using fictitious identities, aliases, or third-party information is prohibited.
• You are responsible for keeping your Account information current. Any material change to your personal details (including mobile number linked to payment methods) must be updated promptly via the Account dashboard or by contacting support.
• 21bd reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.
• Accounts are strictly non-transferable. Selling, gifting, or otherwise transferring your Account to another individual is prohibited.
• Upon registration, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming policy in their entirety.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 21bd will not be liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have shared, disclosed, or failed to adequately protect your credentials.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your 21bd Account and update it promptly if you suspect it has been compromised.
• You must notify 21bd support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.
• 21bd will never request your full password via email, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported immediately.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP is available to all Account holders and is strongly recommended. 21bd accepts no liability for losses where 2FA was available but not enabled by the User.

The following terms govern all deposit transactions made into your 21bd Account:

• The sole accepted currency on the 21bd Platform is Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). All balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are denominated in BDT.
• Accepted deposit methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Available methods may be updated at 21bd's discretion.
• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and may be subject to periodic review.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your 21bd balance in real time, subject to the availability of the respective payment network.
• All funds deposited into your 21bd Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 21bd does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.
• 21bd reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of deposited funds at any time as part of its anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures.
• Any deposit identified as originating from fraudulent, stolen, or disputed funds will be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

The following terms govern all withdrawal requests made from your 21bd Account:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the details held on your 21bd Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may apply and will be communicated within the Account dashboard.
• Standard withdrawal requests submitted before 20:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on a business day are processed the same day. Requests submitted after this cut-off or on public holidays are processed on the next available business day.
• Gold and Platinum VIP tier members receive priority withdrawal processing as a standard benefit of their tier status.
• 21bd may require successful completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Documents requested may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of the deposit payment method used.
• Bonus funds and the winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is conferred. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus.
• 21bd reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation where fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or suspicious betting patterns are identified.

21bd offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Users, including a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 BDT on first deposit. All bonuses are governed by the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated at the point of offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users who meet the specific promotional criteria. 21bd reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• All bonus amounts are subject to wagering requirements. These requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, where stated) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific terms of each promotion.
• Only bets placed using Real Money Balance contribute toward wagering requirements by default, unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bonus balance bets may or may not contribute, depending on the promotion terms.
• Bonuses may have an expiry date, after which any unclaimed or un-wagered bonus balance will be forfeited. Expiry periods are stated in individual promotion terms.
• 21bd operates a strict one bonus per User policy for welcome bonuses. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple welcome bonuses will be treated as multi-accounting fraud.
• 21bd reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already in active use (with wagering in progress) will be honoured for a reasonable completion period where possible.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk — may result in the cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.

The following general betting rules apply to all sportsbook wagers placed on the 21bd Platform. Sport-specific rules are published within the relevant sports section of the Platform and should be read in conjunction with these general rules.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the User. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, the stated odds are binding on both parties.
• 21bd reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or limit any bet at its discretion, including on the basis of account history, bet size, or market conditions.
• In the event of a manifest pricing error, 21bd reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the User's Account, irrespective of whether the bet has settled.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the current market state. 21bd cannot guarantee acceptance of in-play bets due to the real-time nature of live markets. Bets placed during live events may be voided where acceptance cannot be confirmed before the relevant in-play event occurs.
• For cricket markets, official match results as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB) are used to settle all bets. Results declared by television broadcasters or unofficial sources are not binding on 21bd for settlement purposes.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules. In the absence of specific rules, stakes will be returned.
• The minimum single bet stake is ৳50. Maximum stake limits per bet and per market may apply and are displayed within the relevant market.

The following terms apply to all casino game play on the 21bd Platform, including slots, live casino tables, and crash games:

• All games available on 21bd are supplied by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, and Ezugi. The rules and payout structures of individual games are governed by the respective game studios and are displayed within each game interface.
• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for electronic games, and by live dealer mechanics for Evolution Gaming and Ezugi live casino tables. 21bd certifies that game outcomes are not manipulated by the Platform.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical failure during a round, 21bd's system logs are the authoritative record of game state. Where a round cannot be completed due to a technical fault on 21bd's side, the stake will be returned. Where a disconnection is on the User's side, the game outcome as recorded by 21bd's system will stand.
• 21bd reserves the right to void any game round where a technical error has materially affected the fairness of the outcome, irrespective of the displayed result.
• Table limits for live casino games are displayed within each game lobby. Minimum and maximum bet limits per hand or round vary by table and game type.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 21bd Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment methods.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one Account, whether directly or via proxies, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing Account restrictions.
• Match Fixing and Corruption: Placing bets on events where you have directly or indirectly influenced the outcome, or where you possess material non-public information that would give an unfair advantage.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform without human intervention.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Users to exploit game mechanics, share live dealer information in real time, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage in multi-player environments.
• Money Laundering: Using the 21bd Platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of obscuring the source of illicit money. 21bd is required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks: Disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, bank) while retaining the corresponding funds or winnings on the Platform.
• System Exploitation: Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing anomalies for financial gain. Any winnings derived from known or suspected system errors must be reported and are subject to reversal.

21bd is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools that allow Users to manage their gambling behaviour. The following responsible gaming provisions are in place:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their Account dashboard. Once set, a deposit limit takes effect immediately. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit is subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Users may set limits on the maximum amount they are willing to lose within a defined time period. The same cooling-off rules as deposit limits apply.
• Session Reminders: Users may configure session time reminders that alert them when they have been logged in for a defined duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to take a break from gambling may activate self-exclusion for a defined period (minimum 7 days) or permanently via the Account dashboard or by contacting support. During self-exclusion, your Account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in or receive promotional communications.
• Reality Check: Users may enable a periodic reality check notification that displays the amount wagered and time played during the current session at regular intervals.

All content on the 21bd Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, databases, and audio-visual elements — is the proprietary intellectual property of 21bd or its licensed content providers, and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• You must not reproduce, redistribute, publish, scrape, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from 21bd.
• Game titles, provider logos, and studio names (e.g., Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe) are the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used on the Platform under licence.
• The 21bd brand name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary to 21bd and may not be used in any commercial context, affiliate material, or public communication without explicit written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 21bd's liability to any User is limited as follows:

• 21bd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
• 21bd does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times. Scheduled maintenance and unscheduled outages may occur. 21bd will use reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and provide advance notice of scheduled downtime.
• 21bd is not liable for losses resulting from actions or omissions of third-party service providers, including payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), game studios, or telecommunications network operators.
• In all cases, 21bd's maximum aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total Real Money Balance held in that User's Account at the time the claim arose.
• Nothing in these Terms shall limit 21bd's liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Your privacy is important to 21bd. The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the 21bd Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

• 21bd collects personal data necessary for Account registration, identity verification, payment processing, and regulatory compliance. The categories of data collected and the purposes for which they are used are described in detail in the Privacy Policy.
• All personal data held by 21bd is stored on servers protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel on a strict need-to-know basis.
• 21bd does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• Certain data may be shared with third-party service providers (including payment processors and game studios) solely to the extent necessary to deliver the Services. All such providers are contractually bound to handle your data in accordance with applicable data protection standards.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by 21bd, subject to legal retention obligations. Such requests should be submitted to [email protected].
• 21bd may retain certain data for a period after Account closure as required by applicable anti-money-laundering, fraud prevention, and financial record-keeping regulations.

21bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The following process applies to all amendments:

• Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform, no less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.
• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised each time changes are made. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to remain informed of the current Terms.
• Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.
• Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of any provision, or updates required by changes in applicable law — may be made without advance notice, though the "Last Updated" date will still be revised accordingly.
• No amendment to these Terms shall affect the settlement of any bet that was accepted prior to the amendment's effective date, except where the amendment is required by applicable law or to correct a manifest error.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. The following provisions apply:

• 21bd operates as an online platform primarily serving Users located in Bangladesh. It is each User's responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction of residence.
• In the event of any dispute between a User and 21bd arising from the use of the Platform or the interpretation of these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Disputes should be submitted in writing to [email protected] with a clear description of the issue and the resolution sought.
• 21bd aims to acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days and to provide a substantive response within twenty (20) business days of receipt. Complex disputes requiring investigation may take longer; Users will be kept informed of progress.
• Nothing in this clause shall prevent 21bd from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court where necessary to protect its rights or the integrity of the Platform.
• If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect.
• The failure of 21bd to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to in writing.
